Joseph M. Fusz joined the Law Offices of David R. Del Re, P.C. in March, 2016. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois in 2006, and concentrates his legal practice on criminal defense and civil litigation. Prior to joining the Law Offices of David R. Del Re, Mr. Fusz was an Assistant State’s Attorney at the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office in Waukegan, IL. He was also an attorney at civil litigation firms in Waukegan and Chicago, IL, where he concentrated on personal injury, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, and worker’s compensation cases.
